Closure of Trading Window

McNally Bharat Engineering Company Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for all Directors, Auditors, and Designated Persons. The window will be closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This is a standard compliance measure to prevent insider trading prior to the release of financial information. The date for the Board Meeting to consider these results will be intimated subsequently.
