Renumbering of the existing Clause 35A in Part (B) of the Memorandum of Association under the heading “Incidental For Ancillary Objects to the attainment of the Main Object “as Clause 36; and 2. Insertion of a new Clause 37 in Part (B) of the Memorandum of Association under the heading “Incidental For Ancillary Objects to the attainment of the Main Object”. The new clause to be inserted is reproduced below: “37.
