The record date for the purpose of aforesaid distribution, if declared, will be Wednesday, September 9, 2026. In accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information of the Trust, the trading window for dealing in the listed securities of the Trust will be closed with effect from Thursday, September 3, 2026 and will open 48 hours after the announcement of outcome of the aforesaid Board Meeting.
