It represents a strategic inflection point where the company has successfully bridged its three-decade-old heritage in digital public infrastructure with bold, next-generation growth engines. Operating at the direct intersection of India's structural macroeconomic transformations—notably the digital infrastructure explosion and an urgent national mandate for renewable energy expansion—Raminfo has structurally realigned its corporate architecture. To capitalise on these macroeconomic tailwinds, the company launched "Raminfo 2.0," a comprehensive transformation agenda designed to evolve the business from a traditional IT services provider into a multi-domain, asset-light, GovTech, and Green Energy innovation powerhouse. Under this framework, high-impact operational capabilities have been deployed across four pillar verticals: • Next-Gen GovTech & Artificial Intelligence: Transitioning from AI experimentation to vertical deployments, the company is actively developing Unnoti, an LLM-powered single-window citizen services platform, alongside proprietary AI-based public procurement and bidding solutions. • Smart Green Energy Entry: Marking a monumental step in the clean energy transition, a dedicated subsidiary, Raminfo Green Energy Private Limited, was established and empaneled under the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy following a major rooftop solar project win. • MSME & National Programme Execution: Validating large-scale government execution expertise, the company secured empanelment as an Implementation Partner under the Ministry of MSME's Competitive (LEAN) Scheme. Human capital remains the ultimate strategic growth driver under Raminfo 2.0, with focused investments directed toward upskilling the workforce in emerging AI, ML, and clean-tech capabilities. True gender balance has been achieved at the highest tier of leadership, with women constituting half of the Board of Directors. Furthermore, internal control frameworks remain completely robust, fully compliant with the Companies Act, 2013, and benchmarked against global CMMi Level 3 and ISO certifications. Changing policies and competitive pressures are mitigated through strict process-driven Standard Operating Procedures, ISO cybersecurity frameworks, and a deliberate diversification of the corporate portfolio. As the company enters FY 2026–27, the temporary election-related lull has completely passed, yielding a powerful resurgence in business momentum characterized by a noticeable revival in government-led project inquiries, active RFPs, and bidding tenders. Moving forward, the corporate architecture is anchored securely on Three Strategic Pillars: Raminfo Limited Annual Report 2026 • Pillar 1: Balanced & Sustainable Revenue Growth – Blending predictable e-Gov IT services with rapid clean energy expansion. • Pillar 2: Aggressive AI Innovation & Platform Modernisation – Deploying LLM citizen frameworks and intelligent procurement models. • Pillar 3: Strict ESG Compliance & Operational Transparency – Scaling green electronics, data privacy, and inclusive governance. The structural transformation achieved this year is the result of a deeply collaborative ecosystem. Gratitude is extended to central and state government agencies, business consortium partners, and banking associates for their continued alignment. The leadership team and dedicated employees deserve profound recognition for their relentless execution of the Raminfo 2.0 roadmap. Finally, sincere appreciation is extended to the valued shareholders whose patience, long-term perspective, and shared belief empower the company to build lasting value for citizens, investors, and society.
