Dear Shareholders,
Dear Shareholders,
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Shree Hari Chemicals Export
Limited, I am pleased to present the 39th Annual Report of your
Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026.
I am pleased to share that your Company delivered a significant
increase in revenue during the financial year 2025-26. Revenue
from operations stood at ₹18,450.48 lakh, compared with
₹14,119.58 lakh in the previous year, representing a growth of
approximately 31%. The Company recorded a net profit of
₹422.22 lakh.
The specialty chemicals and dye intermediates industry
continues to present attractive opportunities, driven by growing
demand across both domestic and international markets.
Expansion in end-use industries, increasing emphasis on product
quality and the development of new applications are creating new
avenues for sustainable growth.
India’s robust manufacturing capabilities, skilled technical
workforce and well-developed chemical industry ecosystem
provide domestic manufacturers with a strong competitive edge.
In addition, the growing emphasis among global customers on
supply-chain diversification is creating significant opportunities
for Indian chemical companies to expand their export footprint
and strengthen their position in international markets.
The substantial growth in revenue reflects the continued demand
for our products and the strength of our market presence. We
remain focused on improving operational efficiencies, optimizing
costs, strengthening margins and creating sustainable value for
our shareholders.
During the year, we also made important strategic advances to
strengthen the Company's long-term growth platform.
During the year, State Environment Impact Assessment Authority
(“SEIAA”) has granted Environmental Clearance to Shakambhari
Dyechem Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the
Company, for the manufacturing of Synthetic Organic Chemicals
and Dye Intermediates. Accordingly, the Company is in the
process of setting up its manufacturing facility and is expected to
commence production in the
