Closure of trading window

Vintage Coffee And Beverages Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This measure, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, applies to all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons to prevent insider trading ahead of the upcoming board meeting to approve the results.
