She joined Cummins in 2010 as a campus hire upon completion of her MBA and has since held leadership roles in the Cummins Turbo Technologies (CTT) and Cummins Engine Components (CEC) businesses in India. Prior to joining Cummins, she was associated with Denso India Pvt. Ltd. Ms. Rao holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering.
