Adoption of New Logo and the tag line of the Company The Board of Directors has approved the adoption of a new logo of the Company along with the tagline “Connecting Today, Empowering Tomorrow”, with the objective of strengthening the Company’s corporate identity and brand positioning. The new logo and tagline are intended to reflect the Company’s focus on connectivity, progress, service excellence and future growth, and to establish a consistent and contemporary identity across its corporate and digital communications. Existing Logo New Logo In line with the adoption of the new logo and tagline, the Company shall also revise the theme and design of its website under the existing URL to align with the new branding. Further, the official communication e-mail IDs used for communication with stakeholders shall also be revised/updated in accordance with the new branding, as may be required. The above changes are intended to present a more unified, modern and professional corporate image of the Company to its customers, investors, shareholders and other stakeholders.
