In this regard, we hereby confirm that the Financial Results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 were approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 August 2026. Further, the Board of Directors, vide resolution passed at the said meeting, had specifically authorised Shri Praneet Mutha, Director of the Company, to sign the Financial Results on behalf of the Company, as the Managing Director, Shri Piyush Mutha, was participating in the said Board Meeting through Video Conferencing from outside India and was unable to execute the documents due to non-availability of his DSC token. Accordingly, the Financial Results were duly signed by the authorised Director pursuant to the authority granted by the Board of Directors. We hereby confirm that the Company has complied with the requirements of Regulation 33(2)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. In support of the above, we are submitting herewith a certified true copy of the relevant Board Resolution authorising Shri Praneet Mutha to sign the Financial Results.
