Accordingly, Tuesday, September 22, 2026 is the “Record Date” for the purpose of determining the entitlement of Members to receive final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. If the dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, is approved at this ensuing AGM, payment of such dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, will be made within 30 days by way of credit to the bank accounts of members from the date of approval by the shareholders.
