All the Members holding shares as on the cut-off date i.e. Thursday, July 30, 2026, will be able to attend the AGM through VC/OAVM platform provided by National Securities and Depository Limited (NSDL). Pursuant to Regulations 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), we are enclosing herewith the Annual Report of the Company and the Notice convening the 65th AGM, which is sent through electronic mode to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/ Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’)/ Depository Participant(s) (‘DPs’).
