National Stock Exchange of India Limited The Bombay Stock Exchange Exchange Plaza, Rotunda Building Bandra Kurla Complex Phiroze Jeejeebhoy Towers Mumbai – 400 051 Dalal Street, Mumbai – 400 001 Dear Sirs, Sub : Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 –Pendency of litigation Pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Second amendment) Regulations, 2023, we hereby disclose the following pending dispute: Today, we have been served with a Notice from the Dubai Court in relation to a claim initiated by Yellow Flower Trading LLC ("YFT"), Dubai arising out of disputes concerning the parties' distribution arrangement in the UAE. The claim amount stated in the Notice is AED 113,548,160.81 + interest at 9% pa from 10 October 2025 (claimed date of alleged unlawful termination) until full payment. The Company is in the process of reviewing the Notice in consultation with its legal counsel and is taking appropriate legal steps to contest the claims. Based on the preliminary assessment, the Company believes that the claims are without merit and intends to vigorously defend its interests in the proceedings. The matter is currently at a preliminary stage, and the Company will provide further updates in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, as and when there are material developments.
