Founded in 1989, the company has grown into one of India's established names in the terry towel and bath-linen export business, serving customers across North America, Europe, Asia, Oceania and India. Riba is listed on the BSE (Scrip Code: 531952) and holds a Government of India Star Export House status, alongside certifications including Made in Green, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Better Cotton Initiative (BCI), GOTS, RCS, ISO 9001:2015 and BSCI 2.0 — reflecting its commitment to quality, compliance and responsible manufacturing. The company also markets a consumer-facing brand, SENSES by Riba, sold directly through its own e-commerce site and via Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra — an example of the group's move from a pure B2B export model toward omni- channel presence. Key risks monitored during the year included raw cotton price volatility, currency fluctuation (given our export-heavy revenue base), global freight and logistics disruption, and evolving compliance requirements in key export geographies.
