The information was received late in the evening and required verification and internal confirmation before an accurate disclosure could be made. Since the following day, Sunday, 30" August 2028, was a non-working day, the Company submitted the disclosure on Monday, 31 August 2026, after completion of the necessary verification process. The Company acknowledges that the disclosure dated 31%t August 2026 did not contain the additional details required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11t November 2024. The omission was inadvertent and occurred because the complete and verified details were not available with the Company at the time of filing. The Company is in the process of obtaining and verifying the requisite information frem the concerned persons and records. The Company shall submit a fresh corporate announcement containing the required additional details and the necessary explanation, through the BSE Listing Centre, immediately upen completion of such verification.
