Reason for change viz. The appointment of Ms. Anushree Singh as the Chief Human Resources appointment, re-appointment, Officer of the Company is due to cessation of employment of Ms. Mallika resignation, removal, death or Mutreja as the Head – Human Resources of the Company with effect otherwise; from close of business hours on August 6, 2026. 2. Date of appointment / re- The appointment of Ms. Anushree Singh will be effective from September appointment / Cessation (as 7, 2026. applicable) & term of The terms of appointment are as per the Nomination and Remuneration appointment / re-appointment; Policy of the Company. 3. Brief Profile Ms. Anushree Singh is a global HR leader with over two decades of (in case of appointment) experience across people strategy, organizational transformation, culture building, M&A integration, board management and leadership development across industries and geographies. Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at JSW Energy, where she architected the people framework supporting the Company’s “Plan 30 by 30” ambition. During this period, the organization scaled from approximately 2,000 to 6,000 employees over two years, while she built an integration playbook, strengthened HR governance and onboarding systems, and developed leadership capability across four business verticals. Previously, Ms. Anushree Singh held leadership roles across Avery Dennison, AkzoNobel and the Aditya Birla Group, with experience spanning India, Europe, North America and global corporate functions. Her roles have included Global HR Director at Avery Dennison, CHRO for the India Sub-continent at AkzoNobel, and leadership assignments across talent management, organizational development and HR operations at the Aditya Birla Group. Across her career, Ms. Anushree Singh has led large-scale culture transformations, HR digital transformation, organizational design and diversity & inclusion initiatives, while partnering closely with senior leadership to build high-performance organizations. Ms. Anushree Singh holds a PGDM from IIPM and a Bachelor’s degree (Hons.) in Psychology from Delhi University. She is also a SHRM Senior Certified Professional. 4.
