Sub: Commencement of Commercial Operations of 14.5 MW (AC) Captive Solar Power Plant
with Battery Energy Storage System (BESS)
Ref: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,
2015, we are pleased to inform the Stock Exchanges that the Company has successfully
commissioned and commenced operations of its 14.5 MW (AC) 21 MW (DC) Captive Solar
Photovoltaic Power Plant together with a 1.672 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at
Lunkaransar, District Bikaner, Rajasthan.
The project has been commissioned on 2nd September 2026 after completion of synchronization with
the grid and receipt of the necessary commissioning certification from the competent authorities.
The project has been established for captive consumption and is expected to:
* Increase the Company's share of renewable energy consumption around 40%.
* Reduce dependence on Grid Electricity which is expensive.
* Improve long-term energy cost efficiency.
* Support the Company's sustainability and environmental objectives.
"With the commissioning of this project, the Company's total installed captive / group captive
renewable energy capacity has increased to 47 MW (DC), further strengthening its commitment
towards sustainable and cost-efficient operations."
