Salim Yahoo, Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and Key Managerial Personnel (“KMP”) of the
Company, we hereby inform you that today i.e. September 2, 2026 is mutually decided as his last
working day/relieving date. Accordingly, after close of business hours on September, 2, 2026, Mr.
Salim Yahoo shall cease to be CFO & KMP of the Company.
