NOTICE is hereby given that the 35th Annual General Meeting of Kewal Kiran Clothing Limited will be held on Thursday, September
24, 2026 at 12 Noon through Video Conferencing (“VC”) / Other Audio Visual Means (“OAVM”) to transact the following business:

1. To receive, consider and adopt the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended
March 31, 2026 including the Audited Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2026 and the Statement of Profit and Loss Account for
the financial year ended March 31, 2026 together with the report of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
