Pursuant to section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, September 23, 2026 to Tuesday, September 29, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM. Further, pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company has fixed Tuesday, September 22, 2026 as the cut-off date to record the entitlement of the members to cast their vote electronically. E-voting facility shall be provided to the members of the Company from MUFG Intime India Private Limited to enable them to vote on the resolutions to be placed before the AGM.
