Chairman’s Message
Harsh Kumar Anand,
Dear Shareholders,
It gives me immense pride and gratitude to present to you the 17th Annual Report of Wonder
Electricals Limited for the financial year 2025–26. The year under review has been one of
continued resilience, strategic execution, and focused expansion, as we strengthened our core
capabilities while laying a strong foundation for the next phase of growth.
As a company operating predominantly under the OEM/ODM business model, our success is built
on enabling our customers to succeed. We design, engineer, and manufacture high-quality
electrical products, particularly fans, for leading brands that place their trust in our manufacturing
capabilities, product quality, engineering expertise and execution. Our position as a trusted
manufacturing partner enables us to remain focused on what we do best — innovation, quality,
operational excellence and scalable manufacturing.
The Indian electrical and consumer durables industry continues to undergo significant
transformation. Rising urbanisation, increasing disposable incomes, greater awareness of energy
efficiency, technological advancement and changing consumer preferences are creating new
opportunities for organised manufacturers. Against this backdrop, Wonder Electricals Limited
continued to strengthen its position as a reliable OEM/ODM partner, while simultaneously
expanding its manufacturing capabilities and preparing itself for emerging opportunities in the
electrical and electronic products space.
Financial Performance
During the year under review, your Company recorded Revenue from Operations of ₹65,474.96
lakh, as compared to ₹89,450 lakh in the previous financial year.
The Company reported EBITDA of ₹2,612.75 lakh, as compared to ₹3,919.14 lakh in FY 2024–
25. Profit Before Tax stood at ₹1,203.83 lakh, as against ₹2,530.17 lakh in the previous year,
while Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹911.42 lakh, compared with ₹1,901.72 lakh in FY 2024–
Despite the challenging operating environment and moderation in financial performance during
the year, the Company remained focused on strengthening its operational efficiencies, maintaining
cost discipline and optimising its resources. The Company continues to remain committed to
enhancing operational performance, strengthening customer relationships and creating sustainable
long-term value for its stakeholders.
Beyond the financial numbers, FY 2025–26 was a year of consolidation, expansion and strategic
preparation. We continued to strengthen our manufacturing ecosystem across our strategically
located facilities at Roorkee, Haridwar and Hyderabad. These manufacturing capabilities provide
us with the necessary scale, geographical reach and operational flexibility to serve customers
across different markets while maintaining consistent standards of quality and delivery.
A key focus during the year was the expansion and strengthening of our Haridwar manufacturing
ecosystem. Through our subsidiary, Integrated Motion & Control LLP, in which the Company
holds a 51% interest, we have taken strategic steps towards establishing manufacturing capabilities
for PCB cards and related electronic components, which are expected to support our fan
manufacturing operations and other electronic products. This initiative represents an important
step towards deeper backward integration, greater control over critical components and enhanced
technological capabilities.
We believe that developing capabilities in electronics and PCB manufacturing will provide us with
greater flexibility, improve supply-chain resilience and create opportunities to participate more
meaningfully in the evolving smart and connected electrical products ecosystem.
Our commitment to technology and operational excellence remained strong throughout the year.
We continued to focus on automation, process optimisation, procurement efficiency, production
planning and quality enhancement across our manufacturing operations. These initiatives are
aimed not only at improving productivity and reducing costs, but also at enabling us to respond
faster to changing customer requirements and evolving market trends.
Our OEM/ODM model continues to remain one of our key competitive strengths. By working
closely with our customers and their R&D and product teams, we provide customised engineering
and manufacturing solutions aligned with their product specifications, brand positioning and
market requirements. Our ability to maintain confidentiality, protect customer intellectual property
and operate with a zero-brand-conflict approach continues to strengthen our relationships and
support repeat business.
The fan industry is witnessing a significant shift towards energy-efficient, technologically
advanced and smart products. Consumers are increasingly seeking products
