Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company will be held on Monday, September 28,
2026, at 3.30 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means in
accordance with the relevant Circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities
and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 34 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we are
enclosing herewith Annual Report of the Company for financial year ended March 31, 2026
along with Notice of the 19th Annual General Meeting of the Company which is being sent to
the Members, who have registered their e-mail addresses with the Registrar and Share Transfer
Agent of the Company or Depository Participant(s) as on August 28, 2026. Further, in
accordance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations, a letter is being sent to
Members whose e-mail addresses are not registered with Company/ Registrar and Share
Transfer Agent / Depository Participants as on as on August 28, 2026, providing the weblink
from where the Annual Report can be accessed on the Company’s website.
The Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, along with
