Final Dividend, if approved at the 24th AGM to be held on Thursday, 24th September, 2026 shall be paid/dispatched within 30 days from the date of 24th AGM of the Company. Further, this is to inform you that Company is provided E-Voting facility (Remote E-Voting and E- Voting during the 24th AGM) to its Shareholders to exercise their right to vote at the 24th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Thursday, 24th September, 2026. Further, the Company has fixed Thursday, 17th September, 2026 as Cut-Off date to determine the shareholders (holding equity shares of the Company in both electronic and physical form) eligible to cast their vote electronically during the Remote E-Voting period as well as E-Voting during the 24th AGM.
