Managing
Director’s Message
Dear Shareholders,
It gives me great pleasure to present the Annual Report of Mangal
Compusolution Limited for FY 2025-26.
At Mangal, our purpose has always been simple: to help businesses access
reliable IT infrastructure without the burden of heavy upfront investment.
Through rentals, sales, customised configurations and responsive technical
support, we help our customers scale their technology requirements with
greater flexibility. Our portfolio includes laptops, desktops, servers,
networking equipment and other technology products from leading global
brands.
The Company continued its growth journey during the year, supported by
strong customer relationships, careful financial management and a
continued focus on execution. We expanded our customer base across
multiple cities and strengthened our market presence, creating a sound
foundation for future growth.
One of the most encouraging developments during the year was our entry
into the artificial intelligence and service robotics space. We launched
AI-powered service robot solutions and began deploying them at leading
five-star hotels in Mumbai. These solutions are designed to improve guest
experiences and operational efficiency. This is a new area for us, and we
intend to develop it carefully by learning from actual deployments and
understanding the evolving needs of our customers.
We also successfully executed several important projects, including
installation services for advanced AFF A50 model deployments and Data
Centre & Cloud Services engagements, further reinforcing our capabilities
as a reliable technology partner.
Since our inception in 2011, Mangal has built its reputation by staying close
to its customers and doing the fundamentals well: providing reliable
equipment, customised solutions and responsive technical support.
Looking ahead, we will remain focused on expanding our geographic
presence, strengthening our technology offerings and pursuing sustainable
growth while creating long-term value for our stakeholders.
As a listed company, we understand that growth must be matched by
responsibility. Governance, transparency and ethical conduct remain
central to how we operate, and we will continue working to earn the
confidence of our shareholders and other stakeholders.
On behalf of the Board, I thank our shareholders for their trust, our
customers and business partners for their continued association, our
banking partners for their support, and our employees for the dedication
and commitment they bring to the Company every day.
We look forward to your continued support as we move ahead on our
journey of growth, innovation and value creation.
Warm regards,
Pathik Mukesh Desai
