Additional time is therefore required to ensure proper finalisation of the Annual Report, AGM Notice and related statutory disclosures with complete and accurate information. Considering the recent listing of the Company and the extensive post-listing compliances involved, the Company requires additional time to conduct the AGM in a proper and compliant manner. Accordingly, the Company requests an extension of approximately 3 (Three) months for completing the necessary arrangements and convening the AGM. 7.
