Bahadurgarh, Patiala, Punjab. Due to intervening holidays on 28th August, 2026 (Raksha Bandhan) and 29th-30th August, 2026 (Saturday and Sunday), and subsequent internal forwarding of the letter from the Registered Office to the Delhi Office, the said communication was received at the Delhi Office only on 01st September, 2026. Immediately upon receipt, the Company disclosed the Credit Rating Letter to the Exchange on 01st September, 2026. The delay in disclosure was purely on account of the above logistical circumstances, without any intention to withhold information. The Company remains committed to timely compliance with SEBI Circular dated 30th January, 2026 on continuous disclosure requirements and Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
