Chairman’s Letter to Shareholders
Four Decades of Excellence in Extrusion
Dear Fellow Shareholders, Partners, Employees and Stakeholders,
It is with immense pride and a deep sense of gratitude that I present to you the Annual Report for FY 2025–26
a year that stands as a true watershed in the four-decade journey of Rajoo Engineers Limited. When we
reflect on what this year has delivered landmark capital-market milestones, a defining strategic acquisition,
a global technology debut, record revenues and sustained profitability, it becomes clear that FY26 was not
merely another year of growth; it was a year of fundamental transformation.
FY26 FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE: RECORD RESULTS
FY2025–26 was one of the most significant years in Rajoo Engineers' journey, reflecting the successful
execution of our long-term growth strategy and the resilience of our business model. During the year,
consolidated revenue from operations grew by 35.72% to 34,425.29 lakh, while profit after tax increased
by 28.28% to 4,889.58 lakh. EBITDA stood at 6,117.47 lakh, and earnings per share stood at Rs. 2.74 which
grew by 18.10% year-on-year. Our core standalone business also delivered a robust performance, with
revenue increasing by 17.59% to 29,828.51 lakh and EBITDA margin remaining healthy at 18.28%,
underscoring the strength and competitiveness of our extrusion machinery business. In recognition of the
Company's strong performance and commitment to shareholder value creation, the Board of Directors has
recommended a final dividend of 0.15 per equity share (15% on face value of 1 each) for FY26.
These achievements were supported by robust demand, improved operational efficiencies, healthy order
inflows and the trust of customers across more than 70 countries. Beyond the financial performance, FY26
was a year of strategic transformation that strengthened our capabilities, expanded our market presence
and enhanced our ability to create sustainable long-term value. The results reaffirm the strength of our
business fundamentals and our commitment to delivering innovative, world-class solutions to the plastics
processing industry.
FOUR DEFINING MILESTONES OF FY26 3. ACQUISITION OF KOHLI PRINTING & CONVERTING
