We wish to inform that the 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on 24th September, 2026 at 11.00 A.M (IST) through video conferencing (VC) / other audio visual means (OAVM) facility provided by the M/s. KFin Technologies Limited (formerly KFin Technologies Private Limited). In terms of Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management &. Administration) Rules 2014 (including any statutory modification(s) or re- enactment(s) thereof for the time being in force), the Company will provide its members the facility to exercise their vote by electronic means on all resolutions set forth in the Annual General Meeting Notice. The remote e-voting will commence on Monday, 21st September, 2026 at 9.00 A.M and will end on Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026 at 5.00 P.M (both days inclusive) and the cut-off date for remote e-voting is fixed on Thursday, 17th September, 2026. The facility for e-voting shall be made available during the AGM and the members attending the meeting who have not cast their vote by remote e-voting shall be able to exercise their right at the meeting. The Company would be availing e-Voting Services of M/s. KFin Technologies Limited (formerly KFin Technologies Private Limited) for all e-voting purposes. Kindly take the same on record.
