Brief Profile Mr. Mandar Godbole is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and is an accomplished Legal and Compliance professional with over 18 years of experience in managing corporate, regulatory and secretarial functions across listed and unlisted companies. He has extensive experience in leading multi-crore fund-raising transactions, pre-IPO compliances, structured finance transactions and Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD) issuances for subsidiaries and group companies. He has also been actively involved in corporate governance and Board-level advisory matters, including convening and conducting Board and General Meetings, advising on corporate and regulatory matters, and overseeing the preparation of Annual Reports and other statutory documents. 4.
