Approval for allotment of 29,305 equity shares of the Company having a face value of ₹1/- (Rupee One only) each, as fully paid up, to eligible employees, upon exercise of vested options under BlueStone Jewellery and Lifestyle limited – Employee Stock Option Plan 2014. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from ₹ 15,27,49,400 (consisting of 15,27,49,400 equity shares of face value of ₹ 1 each) to ₹ 15,27,78,705 (consisting of 15,27,78,705 equity shares of face value of ₹ 1 each).
