Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company Shall remain closed from September 18, 2026 to September 25, 2026 (both days inclusive). Pursuant to the provision of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014 (as amended from time to time) and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Friday, the 18th September, 2026 as Cut-Off date to determine the entitlement of Members to participate in voting process with respect to business to be transacted at the 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Company would be availing e-voting services of CDSL. Remote E-voting period shall commence from Tuesday, September 22, 2026 (09:00 AM IST) and ends on Thursday, September 24, 2026 (05:00 PM IST).
