GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Limited has informed the Exchange about a Corrigendum to the Notice of Postal Ballot dated August 3, 2026. The Corrigendum relates to a typographical error in the Explanatory Statement to the Notice. The error is in the Basicsalary figure of Mr. Akshikar, which should be read as Rs. 24,00,000/- per month instead of Rs. 24,00,0000/- per month. The Corrigendum forms an integral part of the Notice and must be read together with the Notice and the Explanatory Statement annexed thereto.
