In this regard, we wish to inform you that KPTL has completed the divestment by transferring its entire 50% equity stake, held in REFU to REFU Elektronik GmbH. Accordingly, REFU has ceased to be a joint venture of KPTL. The detailed disclosures as required under SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025- CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, which were provided in our intimation dated July 23, 2026, shall stand amended to the extent as mentioned above.
