A Corrigendum to the Notice has been sent through email to its members today i.e.1st September 2026 and will publish a notice in the newspaper for the same. The Corrigendum relates to a typographical error in point no. 3(i) of the Explanatory Statement to the said Notice in the Basic salary figure of Mr. Akshikar. The Basic salary should be read as Rs. 24,00,000/- per month instead of Rs. 24,00,0000/- per month. This Corrigendum forms an integral part of the Notice together with the Explanatory Statement annexed thereto, which was circulated to the Members of the Company on August 13, 2026, and the said notice shall be read with this Corrigendum. All other contents of the Notice together with the Explanatory Statement thereof, save and except as modified or supplemented by this Corrigendum, shall remain unchanged.
