As part of its efforts to strengthen the leadership of NEAT Everyday and support its next phase of expansion, the appointment brings seasoned retail leadership to the brand as it focuses on building a differentiated and scalable consumer wellness platform. With his extensive experience in leading large, multi-site retail operations, Mr. Mehta will support NEAT Everyday’s ambition to deepen its market presence, strengthen execution across channels and build a robust foundation for long-term growth. Mr. Mehta holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Finance) from Symbiosis Institute, Pune, a Hotel Management degree from Shannon College of Hotel Management, Ireland, and a Hotel Management Diploma from B.K. Somani Polytechnic, Mumbai. He was also a recipient of recognition from the Comité Interprofessionnel du Vin de Champagne and a winner of the All-Ireland Management Game, Dublin. Mr. Mehta brings over 31 years of experience across retail, cash & carry, hospitality, food services and B2B operations. He spent a significant part of his career with Reliance Retail, rising from Store Manager to Vice President & Business Head, where he led operations for 170 Metro M2 stores. His experience also includes leadership roles across entertainment, hospitality and BPO operations, giving him strong expertise in retail expansion, multi-site operations and business management.
