SBI Cards and Payment Services Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Chander Kant as the new EVP & Head-Internal Audit for a period of three years, effective July 1, 2026. This appointment was approved by the Board based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Kant brings over 32 years of extensive experience in banking operations, audit, compliance, human resources, and international banking. He will succeed Mr. Ved Prakash, who will demit office upon completion of his interim assignment on June 30, 2026.
