We wish to inform you that, due to an inadvertent clerical error, certain details of Investors appearing in Annexure – I forming part of the aforesaid disclosure were incorrectly mentioned. Accordingly, the Company hereby submits the revised Annexure – I, wherein the details of Investors have been duly corrected. The correction is restricted only to the details of Investors mentioned in Annexure – I. We further confirm that there is no change whatsoever in the size, number, issue price or other terms and conditions of the proposed preferential issue as disclosed earlier. The Company regrets the inadvertent error and submits the corrected Annexure – I for your records and dissemination.
