Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-
26, containing the Notice convening the 52nd Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company
scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 12:30 p.m. (IST) through Video
Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio-Visual Means ("OAVM").
Annual Report is being sent through electronic mode to those members whose e-mail addresses are
registered with Depository Participant or the Company or Integrated Registry Management Services
Private Limited, the Company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA). In respect of Members whose e-
mail addresses are not registered, a letter containing the web-links to access the Annual Report and
Notice of the AGM is being dispatched to their registered addresses as available in the records of the
Company/RTA/Depositories.
The remote e-voting period will commence on Sunday, September 20, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. (IST) and will
end on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. (IST). Members whose names appear in the Register
of Members / List of Beneficial Owners as on the cut-off date i.e., Wednesday, September 16, 2026,
are entitled to vote on the resolutions set forth in the AGM Notice.
