Mrs. Rita Menon is not a relative of any Director of the Company and she is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of the Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other such authority. Brief profile of Mrs. Rita Menon is as under: Mrs. Rita Menon is M.A. (Economics) from Delhi School of Economics. She joined the Indian Administrative Service in the year 1975 and held a number of senior positions in the Government of India and the Government of Uttar Pradesh. She retired in the year 2015 from the position of Chairperson and Managing Director of India Trade Promotion Organisation. Mrs. Rita Menon has vast experience in the areas of industrial development, town planning, finance, health, defence planning and procurement, public policy & administration, etc. The Forty First AGM of the Company commenced at 10.30 A.M.
