CHIRAHARIT LIMITED (formerly Chiraharit Private Limited) ANNUAL REPORT 2025-26
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Chiraharit is a combination of two Sanskrit words — “Chira”, meaning always, and “Harit”, meaning green. The
name reflects what the Company sets out to do: to keep the world always green.
Water and energy are the two inputs on which India's industrial and agricultural growth most depends, and both
are under pressure. Freshwater availability per person continues to decline while demand from agriculture,
industry and cities rises. At the same time the country is adding renewable generation capacity at scale and
building an alternative energy economy around waste-to-energy and bio-fuels.
Chiraharit Limited works where water and energy meet. Everything it does rests on one capability — moving
water under pressure through piped networks, from source to storage and from storage to the point of
application. That single competence is why cleaning solar modules at a power plant, supplying water to an
industrial township and irrigating a farm are, for this Company, the same business.
Incorporated in 2006 and listed on the SME Platform of BSE Limited in October 2025, the Company is a turnkey
Engineering, Procurement and Construction contractor. It takes projects from engineering and design through
procurement, supply, automation, installation and commissioning, and undertakes the associated civil work —
pump houses, sumps, storage structures and allied industrial and commercial structures — so that it can carry
complete responsibility for a site. Its customers are principally large renewable energy developers, EPC
contractors, industrial and infrastructure companies, and commercial farming and horticulture businesses.

WATER FOR ENERGY
India's renewable build-out depends on water in two ways that are easy to overlook. Solar plants lose output to
dust unless their modules are washed on a schedule, and bio-gas plants are, at heart, fluid-handling
installations. Both are engineering problems the Company is built to solve.
Solar module cleaning systems
Soiling is among the largest causes of yield loss at solar power
plants, and the loss compounds: a single dirty module drags down
the entire string it sits in. The Company therefore designs its
systems around synchronised cleaning, so that every module
connected to one inverter is washed within the same cycle,
protecting string and inverter output rather than the yield of
