The 58th Annual General Meeting (AGM) shall be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 11:00 am
(IST) through Video Conferencing (“VC”) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
Record Date:
The record date for dividend and cut-off date for e-voting: Wednesday, September 16, 2026.
E-Voting:
Start of remote e-voting: From 9:00 am (IST) on Saturday, September 19, 2026.
End of remote e-voting: Up to 5:00 pm (IST) on Tuesday, September 22, 2026.
E-Voting Cut-off date: September 16, 2026.
Dividend:
The Board has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs 25/- per share of Rs.10/- each for the financial year
2025-26 and the same will be paid on or after September 23, 2026, if approved by the members at 58th
AGM.
The Dividend, if declared, shall be payable to all those Members whose names appear in the Register of
Members or the beneficial owners as per the records of depositories, as at the closing of business hours on
September 16, 2026.
