HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, we wish to inform you that the Company has received intimations on August 31, 2026, informing that the Company has been assigned the following Environmental, Social, and Governance (“ESG”) ratings: S.No. ESG Rating Provider Category ESG Rating 1 Crisil ESG Ratings & Analytics Category I SEBI- The rating improved to 63 (Strong) in FY Limited (“Crisil”) Registered Agency 2025-26 from 57 (Adequate) in FY 2024-25. 2 SES ESG Research Private Category II SEBI- The rating marginally declined to 72.1 in FY Limited (“SES”) Registered Agency 2025-26 from 72.3 in FY 2024-25, due to changes in select Environmental and Social parameters, primarily renewable energy and safety. Please note that the Company has not engaged SES and Crisil for ESG Ratings. They have independently and voluntarily assigned the ESG Rating based on public disclosures of the Company.
