The company has fixed 17th September, 2026 as the record date (Cut-off date) to determine the eligibility of members to vote through e-voting. The e-voting period shall commence on Monday 21st September, 2026 at 09:00 A.M. (IST) and shall end on Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026 at 05:00 P.M (IST) (Both days inclusive).
