In furtherance to the same, we wish to further inform you that the Company, on 1st September 2026, has received the detailed order of the approval of the Scheme by the CCI dated 31st August 2026. The Scheme remains subject to various statutory and regulatory approvals, inter alia, approval of the Honourable National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench (“NCLT”), Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (“IRDAI”) and the shareholders. A copy of the detailed order is enclosed herewith. The same has also been uploaded on the website of the Company at https://www.godigit.com/investor-relations.
