Accordingly, Mr. Amir Alvi has been appointed as “President - Manufacturing Operations” and designated as a Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from 1st September, 2026. Further, Mr. Pandurang Landge, currently designated as “President – Manufacturing” and forming part of the Senior Management of the Company, has been redesignated as “President - Manufacturing Excellence & Technology Development” with effect from 1st September, 2026.
