Reg: Receipt of Licence from IFSCA for establishing IFSC Banking Unit at GIFT
IFSC
This is with reference to our earlier letter no PSB/HO/Shares Cell/83/2025-26 dated
28th January 2026 wherein it was informed that RBI has permitted the Bank for setting
up IFSC Banking Unit at GIFT City Gandhinagar.
In this regard we would like to inform that International Financial Services Centres
Authority (IFSCA) vide their letter no IFSCA-FMPP0IBUR/6/2026-Banking/2 dated
07th July 2026 has granted licence to the Bank to setup an IFSC Banking Unit as
branch of the Bank at GIFT IFSC.
You are requested to take a note of the same.
