Annual Report 2025-26 07 LEADERSHIP Dear Stakeholders, It gives me great pride to address you at a moment when Career Point Edutech Limited stands fully realised as what it was always meant to become: a focused, independent education services platform, unburdened by the capital intensity. Our roots go back to 1993, when Career Point began in Kota with a simple conviction: that great teaching, once built with rigour, could reach far beyond the walls of a single classroom. Three decades later, that conviction has become a business model. When we transferred our education undertaking into CPEL in April 2023, we were not simply reorganising a balance sheet. We were making explicit a philosophy we had been practising for years: build the curriculum, the technology, the pedagogy once in Kota, and deploy it repeatedly, across universities, schools, franchise partners and publishing channels, so that every incremental student served costs us almost nothing incremental to serve. FY 2025-26 was the year that philosophy proved itself in the numbers. Total Income grew 8.8% to ₹5,702 lakhs, but Operating EBITDA grew nearly three times faster, up 21.1% to ₹2,588 lakhs, lifting our margin by roughly 750 basis points to 50.5%.
