IST), the appointment of Mr. Marko Erkic, Chief Executive Officer of Masivian S.A.S. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Route Mobile (UK) Limited and a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Route Mobile Limited) as Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from September 01, 2026. He has built a strong track record of driving commercial growth and operational excellence across Latin America. Prior to joining Masiv, Marko served as Chief Revenue Officer at Minka, where he led revenue growth and commercial strategy. He also held the role of Chief Revenue Officer at Fora Solutions, further expanding his experience in the payments and infrastructure industry. Earlier in his career, he spent a decade at Infobip, holding a series of senior leadership positions including Business Operations Director for the Americas, Regional Manager for North LATAM, Country Manager, Team Leader for the Andean Region, and Business Development Manager. Throughout his career, Marko has combined regional leadership, business development, and commercial strategy with hands-on expertise in helping enterprises and brands adopt cloud communications and omnichannel engagement solutions.
