Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, September 17, 2026 to Wednesday, September 23, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 86th Annual General Meeting. The Company has fixed Wednesday, September 16, 2026, as the Cut-off date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to vote on all the resolutions set out in the Notice of 86th Annual General Meeting.
