Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to our submission dated 29 August 2026, whereby the Company submitted its
Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025–26 pursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations”), we
wish to inform you that an inadvertent omission has been noticed in the Statutory Auditor’s
Report forming part of the Annual Report.
The Annexure B to the Independent Auditor’s Report, containing the Auditor’s Report on the
adequacy of the internal financial controls with reference to financial statements, was
inadvertently omitted from the Annual Report submitted to the Stock Exchange.
Accordingly, the Company is submitting herewith the Revised Annual Report for the
Financial Year 2025–26, incorporating the aforesaid omitted Annexure B.
The aforesaid revision does not involve any change in the audited financial statements,
financial results, Audit Report opinion or any other financial information of the
Company. The revision is limited solely to incorporation of the aforesaid Annexure B, which
was inadvertently omitted from the Annual Report.
The Revised Annual Report is being submitted for your records and may kindly be read in
supersession of the Annual Report submitted by the Company on 29 August 2026.

MD’s Message
Dear shareholders,
It gives me immense pleasure to present the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March 2026.
The Indian economy continued to demonstrate remarkable resilience during FY 2025–26, supported by robust domestic
demand, continued public investment, improving infrastructure and sustained policy support. Despite global economic
uncertainties, geopolitical developments and volatile financial markets, India remained one of the fastest-growing major
economies, creating significant opportunities for the financial services sector.
The financial year 2025–26 was marked by a resilient domestic economy, supported by sustained economic growth, continued
infrastructure development, healthy credit demand and improving digital adoption across the financial services sector. The
Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) Sector continued to play a significant role in expanding access to credit and
supporting economic activity while operating in an evolving regulatory environment.
Against this backdrop, your Company remained focused on sustainable growth, prudent risk management, customer-centricity
and regulatory compliance. We continued to strengthen our lending portfolio while maintaining a disciplined approach towards
credit underwriting, asset quality, liquidity management and governance. Our emphasis on responsible lending and
operational excellence enabled us to navigate the changing business environment with confidence.
During the year, the Company continued to invest in technology-driven processes to enhance operational efficiency, improve
customer experience and strengthen internal controls. Digital initiatives, process automation and robust information security
measures remained key priorities in our journey towards building a more agile and future-ready organization.
The Company's success is built upon the trust and confidence of its stakeholders. I sincerely thank our valued customers,
shareholders, lenders, investors, business partners and regulators for their continued support and confidence in the Company.
I also express my heartfelt appreciation to our Board of Directors for their strategic guidance and unwavering support
throughout the year.
Risk management continues to remain at the core of our business strategy. We have further strengthened our enterprise risk
management framework by enhancing credit appraisal systems, monitoring asset quality, maintaining adequate liquidity
buffers and ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India. Our governance
practices continue to be guided by the principles of transparency, accountability and ethical business conduct.
Most importantly, I extend my gratitude to our employees whose dedication, professionalism and commitment continue to
drive the Company's growth and success. Their collective efforts have enabled us to deliver value while maintaining the
highest standards of integrity and service excellence.
Looking ahead, we remain optimistic about the long-term growth prospects of the Indian economy and the NBFC sector. We
will continue to focus on strengthening our core business, embracing digital transformation, maintaining sound governance
