The remote e- voting period begins on Saturday, September 19, 2026 (9:00 A.M. IST) and will end on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 (5:00 P.M. IST). During this period, the Members of the Company, holding shares either in physical or dematerialized mode, as on the cut-off date, i.e. Wednesday, September 16, 2026, may cast their votes. The remote e-Voting module shall be disabled by NSDL for voting thereafter. This transformation is driving rapid growth in data centre capacity, which has increased from approximately 375 MW in 2020 to nearly 1,500 MW in 2025. Industry forecasts indicate capacity could reach approximately 4.5-8 GW by 2030, depending on the pace of AI, cloud and hyperscale deployment. Reaching the upper end of this growth trajectory could require approximately $30 billion in data centre capex through 2030.
